Eugenie Bouchard stepped back from the sport in July after competing in the National Bank Open in Montreal. In her final tennis match, Canadian star Eugenie was left in tears as she bowed out of the sport, admitting she was "lucky" to have such a lengthy career.\n\nThroughout her career, Eugenie, 31, has bowled over fans with her luscious lifestyle, whilst also impressing on the court. Speaking to spectators, Eugenie eventually broke down as she said: \"Tennis has given me so much, I am filled with so much gratitude for this sport and for the people who helped me along the way.\" She went on to thank her family and friends for their \"sacrifice and support\" as she whimpered, whilst getting a rapturous applause from the audience.\n\n\"It's only because of that that I'm standing here today,\" she balled, \"I want you guys to know that when this crowd cheers for me, they're cheering for you guys too because I wouldn't be here without you.\" She added: \"I was able to live out my dreams and — how lucky am I to live out my dreams, so thank you.\"
