Only four pantry staples and no special gear

Ingredients: bread flour, salt, olive oil, and dry yeast. Method: 1) Start by preparing and proving the dough. Dissolve the yeast in a large bowl with water. 2) Next, add the oil, flour and salt to the mixture. Stir until just combined and the flour is moistened. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let it sit for 30 minutes. 3) Now, it's time to stretch and fold the dough. Remove the cover from the dough, then using a wet hand, stretch one corner of the dough and fold it over itself. Repeat this four times until the dough is fully folded over itself. 4) Cover the dough again with a tea towel and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Repeat this process three more times. 5) After the fourth and final round of stretching and folding, let the dough rest for 20 minutes. 6) Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Line two large baking trays with baking paper. 7) Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured work surface. Gently stretch out the dough to an even thickness and lightly dust the top with flour. 8) Cut the dough into eight rectangular pieces and place them on the prepared trays, ensuring there is space between each one for rising and spreading. Cover lightly with a tea towel and leave for 30 minutes to proof. 9) Finally, uncover and bake the rolls for 20 to 25 minutes, until they are golden. Transfer the rolls from the tray to a wire rack to cool before slicing open.
